A clinician guides your plan.
Your skin tells us what to change.
Three photos and a short questionnaire. From your phone.
Your photos and answers become a starting point. A draft, not a diagnosis.
A licensed clinician reviews the draft, makes changes, and determines what’s right for your skin. Prescriptions are authorized by a licensed prescriber.
If prescribed, your formula is prepared by a licensed pharmacy and shipped to you. As your skin changes, your plan can too.
A plan that changes as your skin does.
A typical first twelve weeks. Your plan may look different.
Note. Draft accepted with one edit: retinoid started lower than drafted. Apply at night only, every other night for the first two weeks.
Note. Some dryness around the mouth. Base changed rather than the active; the active is working.
Note. Active lesions down. Draft accepted as is; the plan starts on the marks now.
Note. Clear. Antibiotics come off as soon as they’re not needed. Check-ins move to every eight weeks.
Every ingredient has a reason. Every instruction has a purpose.
Prescription-strength actives, titrated to what your skin can take, with plans designed for every skin tone.
Breakouts, from the occasional to the persistent. Plans usually pair a retinoid with an antibiotic or benzoyl peroxide, started gently and stepped up as your skin tolerates it. Marks are addressed once the breakouts settle.
Start with acneFlushing, persistent redness and the bumps that come with it. Plans calm the barrier first, with anti-inflammatory actives and strict sun protection. Triggers are tracked at every check-in.
Start with rosacea & rednessPost-inflammatory marks and hormonal pigmentation. Plans combine brightening actives with daily mineral SPF, built for every skin tone. Progress is slow and steady; photos make it visible.
Start with dark spots & melasmaDry, reactive, barrier-compromised skin. Plans prioritize repair: fragrance-free bases, gentle actives, and anti-inflammatories when flares call for them.
Start with eczema & drynessEarly lines, uneven texture, lost glow. Plans center on a retinoid at the right strength for your skin, with hydration and SPF doing the rest.
Start with fine lines & textureStructured intake. AI-generated drafts. Clinician review and control.

No. Software turns your answers and photos into a draft plan. A licensed clinician reviews it, changes or rejects it, and makes every decision. Prescriptions are authorized only by a licensed prescriber.
A licensed clinician. You’ll be told the name and credentials of the clinician responsible for your care, and they may message you, ask for another photo or request a video visit.
The assessment is free. If your clinician prescribes a formula, you see the full price, including shipping and taxes, before you confirm. Each order is separate; nothing renews or charges automatically. Orders & refunds.
Usually every four weeks at first. You send new photos and a few answers, and your clinician keeps or adjusts your plan. Once your skin is stable, check-ins can move further apart.
An independent licensed pharmacy prepares it for you and ships it to you. The label explains every ingredient and how to use it.
