Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, leading to the need for cancellation of your appointment. We strive to ensure the best experience and accommodate our customers while ensuring fairness and sustainability for our business and our commitment to licensed providers. Therefore, we have established the following cancellation policy:

Customers are welcome to cancel their appointment free of charge if they do so at least 24 hours before the scheduled date and time of their reservation. This allows us to accommodate other customers who may be waiting for an available slot.

We understand that unexpected conflicts may arise, so we offer a one-time opportunity for customers to reschedule their appointment. To avail of this option, please login to the account at least 24 hours before the original reservation to edit the appointment date and time. We'll do our best to find an alternative time that suits your schedule. 


Cancellations within 24 Hours:
If a cancellation occurs less than 24 hours of the reservation, a cancellation fee of $50 will be charged to the customer’s credit card on file. A cancellation confirmation will be sent to the customer once the cancellation is processed.

No-shows:
In the event of a no-show, defined as cancellation 2 hours or less before the scheduled appointment, or where the customer fails to arrive for their appointment without prior cancellation, the customer will be charged $100 to their credit card on file. This additional fee is necessary to cover any expenses or losses incurred because of the late cancellation.

We recommend all customers carefully review this cancellation policy before making an appointment. By proceeding with an appointment, customers acknowledge and agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined in this policy. Please note that this cancellation policy is subject to change without prior notice. We encourage customers to periodically review the policy for any updates.
